The setting of this home is the property's most outstanding and memorable feature. The privacy is absolute with only what nature provides to be seen in every direction from the house. The cleared area around the house is bordered by older growth evergreens and birch trees with the one exception being the wide open Atlantic as far South as you can see. You can easily walk through the woods to get to the beach stairs but watch out for calling cards left by area moose!

The house does not try to compete with its surroundings, but it is attractive and a good style choice. It's not fancy or mansion size. It is well designed, well built and is extremely comfortable. The common living area on the main floor is mostly open plan and just the right size; an ideal combination of coziness and open space connecting the interior to the beauty outdoors.

The half upper storey floor is completely given over to the master suite. It has a good sized bedroom and a large sitting room that overlooks the great room internally and the ocean panorama through the windowed prow. The walk-in closet and bathroom are distinguished by each having their own sky light.
